A silver cup, made in Europe. The style is either Italian or Swiss. Could had been used also as a Kiddush cup. The emblem above the roses was usually used as an engraving space to dedicate the cup as a token of appreciation or a gift to a loved one. This one was dedicated to an important Rabbi, Rab. Matityahu Friedman in 1863 by his disciples.
